Shelley provides closely-held businesses, middle-market companies, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations with individual and corporate taxation and general business consulting. With over 17 years of experience, Shelley's varied corporate client list includes service businesses, retailers, professionals, brokers, and contractors. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Shelley graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Statistics.
Gregory W. Hook, CPA

Greg has over 17 years of experience within the construction, service, manufacturing, and real estate industries. He has worked extensively with small- to medium-sized corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, assisting with all aspects of their operations, including business formation, controller services, tax planning and preparation, and payroll tax compliance. Greg has also worked closely with individual clients addressing their tax planning and preparation needs. He graduated from the University of Illinois – Champaign. Greg is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
